Recipie – Peaches & Cream Pancakes By `Chef On The Loose’ · 2-Eggs· 2-Cups flour · 2-Cups 18% (table) Cream· 2-Tbs Brown sugar· 2-Tbs White sugar· ¹/3 Cups Powdered Sugar· 4-Tbs corn oil· 2½-TSP baking powder· 1-Tsp salt· 1-Cup Canned Peaches (syrup Drained)** Pre heat griddle to 375ºF Mix wet ingredients in a bowl -Cream,Eggs,corn oil. Mix Dry ingredients and Combine with wet ingredients, Folding in Peaches with a spatchula by hand. Pour onto griddle fliping when Golden brown. Makes 20-4″ pancakes.
